Former FinCEN examiner and BSA/AML specialist with 15 years of regulatory experience. Priya leads all compliance, KYC, and regulatory affairs for the platform.

Full-stack fintech architect with experience at two unicorn-stage neobanks. Jordan oversees platform security, API infrastructure, and the Merchant API ecosystem.

Community development finance specialist and CSRSP program architect. Simone designs and manages all revenue-sharing and sustainability programs for member communities.
Regulatory & Compliance
Peacemaker Finance operates under a rigorous compliance framework aligned with federal financial regulations.
We maintain a full BSA/AML program including Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR), and Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR) as required by 31 CFR Part 1020.
All members undergo identity verification at account opening per FinCEN's Customer Identification Program (CIP) requirements. Business accounts require beneficial ownership disclosure.
Member deposits are insured up to $250,000 per depositor through our FDIC-member banking partner network. Insurance applies to checking and savings balances.
We comply with all applicable CFPB regulations including the Truth in Savings Act, Electronic Fund Transfer Act, and Regulation E governing electronic payments and error resolution.
Member financial data is protected under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. We publish an annual privacy notice and never sell member data to third parties.
All card data is processed and stored in compliance with PCI DSS Level 1 standards. Card numbers are tokenized and never stored in plaintext on our systems.
